Our services in Earthworks & Excavation are typically your first step for moving and shaping the earth to prepare a site for construction. We do this with 100% precision to the site plan drawings and to code for building regulations and standards. We are ULTRA professional and equipped to get the job done for builders and construction companies.
Ground preparation for buildings must be executed correctly from the outset and to specification… this is crucial for any residential and commercial building project… and it involves a lot more than just digging holes!
Excavation & Grading
We dig and move earth for building foundations, basements, underground utilities and drainage systems. Footings and final trim pad preparation is a core service. We do this with careful planning and execution to ensure proper depth, width and slope as per the building code and engineering requirements.
Site Plan Execution
Using the site engineered building plans plus the right tools of GPS, Laser Levels and Guide Lines, we accurately measure, grade, slope and trench the site for a stable base ready for construction.
Safety & Certified
Excavation can be a dangerous job if not done correctly. We are trained and certified to identify and mitigate all potential hazards such as underground utilities, unstable footings and worker movement around the work site.

Pad & Slab Completion
Perfection Matters… A properly prepared and poured concrete pad or slab provides a strong and stable foundation for your house, preventing structural issues and minimising cracking. Structural integrity and durability is key. A well-constructed ‘Ultra’ slab will last decades with minimal-to-no maintenance needed.
Our ULTRA BENEFIT is being able to perform BOTH the Ground Site Work for the Slab Preparation AND the Pouring of the Slab including all Form work. We can provide this FULL SERVICE.
Slab Site Preparation
We excavate the site to the specified depth considering the type of structure, soil conditions, and South Australian and National building codes. Every requirement is performed per the site plan for a New Home build.
Form Work & Re-Enforcement
In readiness for the concrete slab pour, we erect form work using our form boards that will contain the pour and shape the slab. The formwork is precisely levelled and aligned to ensure a flat and even slab surface. Steel rebar mesh is applied for slab strength and prevention of cracking under stress and movement.
Concrete Pour & Finishing
We only use high-quality concrete with the correct mix designed to ensure durability and strength. Concrete is poured evenly within the formwork, ensuring proper coverage and consolidation. Finishing is our services of screeding, floating and trowelling for a smooth or non-slip texture as specified.
Tipper Truck Cartage Service
Specialised Haulage
For haulage to and from job sites, we specialise in cartage of quarry materials and/or soil removal. Our truck and trailer efficiently transports materials between construction projects across the Adelaide and Northern Regions.
We offer competitive transport rates for quarry products delivery and provide cost-effective soil relocation and disposal services.
